You need to be a member of the UN to be in WHO. China hes successfully blocked recognition of Taiwan's sovereign status in the UN. So look to the UN.
The Asymptomatic column should be listed as Asymptomatic OR Presymptomatic. The health authorities are agressively testing contacts so they will be catching alot of people before they show symptoms. ... of which 59% (49% to 68%) remained asymptomatic through follow-up; among nursing home residents, the proportion was 54% (42% to 65%) of which 28% (13% to 50%) remained asymptomatic through follow-up. Transmission studies were too heterogenous to meta-analyse. Among five transmission studies, 18 of 96 (18.8%) close contacts exposed to asymptomatic index patients were COVID-19 positive. https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0241536
Jim, it's their table, not mine, but feel free to post this every time. Your article is a meta-analysis that is not specific to the Philippines. I can say from listening to the timing of tests in one family, that it appears they are working toward being in front of the curve, and hopefully they get there. They've lumped presymptomatic and asymptomatic together from the start on all these charts and tables they put out. The last time I looked at an overall breakout for the Philippines it was ~94-96% symptomatic. Go figure. I have little faith that anything will be updated because it looks like they all disagree with each other, but it's what we have.
