    I have lived in Cangmating for 3 years and wandered around Sibulan many times. I have only ever seen a clinic that is never open and Dr Berovic's place (the Chiropractor) so if you find a good doctor in Sibulan it would be interesting to share that info

    Sorry, I made a blunder. I have never seen Dr Tinagan ... the doctor I saw and was impressed with is called Doctor TAGIMACRUZ.
