Lee Plaza and Hypermart both have ground beef. My wife makes an excellent BBQ hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes, and Heinz Ketchup all on a toasted sesame bun. All of these items are in the grocery store of Lee Plaza.

In Lee plaza if you don't like the look of the ground beef you can select a piece of beef and they will grind it for you. If you like really lean burgers this is the way to go.

As Kenny said you can choose your cut of beef and have them grind it for you. Actually ask them to grind it twice,,,,,,,,, That what we do here in our restaurant for our burgers and chili and other dishes that require ground chuck. If you do 1 kl beef to 150grams of fat it is the equivelant to what we call at home ground round... it's not cheap but it's great

    Biker Dave dosen't

like to brag on himself. So I will do it for him. When I'm in town I like to get a "Gut Bomb" about once a week. In my opinion he serves one of the best if not the best American style burgers on the Island. I can't wait to stop in there at his place.

He Dave, yesterday I enjoyed a burger once again at your place.
I must admit that the beef is beef (grounded :D) and not the same as the fastfood chains of M.. and K.. and J... and ???
A real piece of decent meat and no sloppy sponge.
But again.....not served by a certain Dave.
How is your headache now :D
btw ....I had good companionship from Biker. I think he likes me

We just went to MKKS and purchased some of their frozen meats to put in our freezer -- smoked bacon, ground beef, chicken breast, small "breakfast" sausages, premium hotdogs, etc. They also have fresh meat available, and they will deliver large orders right to your door, if you'd like. We have not yet tried the fresh meats but plan to do so.

    Mkks

FYI, just tried the smoked bacon from MKKS, and it's one of the best I've tasted since moving here this summer.

The premium hotdogs (for those looking for the traditional-type hotdog) are also very good!
