I saw the post mentioning that he is going to Germany, that doesn't mean he has left yet. I think you guys are assuming. And you know what happens when you assume.

What's strange? I think living in the Philippines is strange. The expats living here are strange. About the only thing normal about the foreigners here is going out to get some strange.

Suddenly deciding to go back to your home country isn't strange.

People come and go. Things change. Running this forum is a lot of work. I couldn't do it. In terms of priorities, running this thing would rank quite low in my life. The only thing strange to me is that he was able to mod this place for so long.
