    I don't know.
The arrangements there for the tips is; the Girls do not get it for 3 months for some strange reason, if/when they leave they have to go back 3 months later for their money, Andy is a miserable Git and you are right about the food one time I was there during semi lockdown and they only had a limited menu, there was just two choices I think, I had the Carbonara, which would have been OK but his wife who did the cooking that day had dressed it with dried herbs, which is about the equivelent to eating sawdust.

My favorite beers are Belgian ales, Chimay, Gulden Drak, St. Bernadus, Leffe. Not much of a fan of the commercialized Stella Artois. Does he sell trippels or quads?

The ones he brews in house are lagers as far as I can tell.
Not being much of a beer drinker myself, I never tried anything else there. I'm thinking that if he sells any beers for a smaller clientele (tripels and the likes) then it'll be imported stuff (by the bottle).

HE DOES NOT BREW IN HOUSE!!! it is all pretend, ask him to see his equipment working.

Also you can try asking him the price of his Baileys Irish Cream and if it is the real stuff, I've heard he pretends it is? it is the same as I make and with my recipe (but his is not made by me) he buys it for P275 per Ltr from someone I gave the recipe to, likely he makes 1000% profit on it or even more he is very greedy, I know he used to sell it in 2cl measures for a crazy price and was making around P5K from one bottle, I believe he has made some changes there?

As you know the Awaswa and I have enjoyed your Homemade Baileys (a few bottles) and it was quite excellent. Your home style bacon cuts are an equal also! For Members please know that DAVE1952 posts are often blunt, precise, and decisive (for clear reasoning) but he is a Gentleman's, Gentleman and knows his S*#T. ...........IMHO

I think the point has been made about the establishment. Let's stick with recommendations going forward.
