Never have to dust of my helmet/s, been riding here for over 30 years, never leave home without it. Mind you I had to pass a motorcycle test in my own country to be able to ride, both written & practical, fail one thing, fail the lot, same with 4 wheel test. I'm a firm believer in A.T.G.A.T.T., ("all the gear all the time"). Saved my life & major body parts on quite a few occasions, not just here, around the world.

Enforcing no. 15 already should bring more than enough money for the most luxury Xmas party ever by LTO.

I do see alot more helmets around the area. And now, what truly mystifies me, is how many are wearing helmets with the chin strap dangling! That's actually worse if you're in an accident. If you're gonna wear the dang thing, why not wear it properly to take advantage of the little safety it affords?

I like the part where it states that there are only 28,546 drivers licenses, yet even the number of registered vehicles is triple that, probably 10 times that of actual vehicles.
