    Welcome to the forum Paul. I'm from Mibang, Dipolog City...Dumajel fAMILY. Been there the same time last year & my husband was amazed how lively Pagsalubok Festival Celebration was... Never he'd seen it here in Newcastle, England. Good Luck & Happy Fiesta...
