    Hello, I am new to the board. I am moving to the Philippines March 30. I currently live in England and have lived in Canada. I have yet to decide where to settle. My girlfriend lives about 2 hours away from Naval, Biliran. I need to find a place to stay and a place with decent internet. So I will check out Dumaguete.

    If anyone can suggest areas that have ok housing and internet, I would love to hear.
