    That's a crazy one!!!! Should someone overtake if someone else is in the on coming lane? Could also read that way.

    G42
    Parking within an intersection
    Parking on a crosswalk Parking within 5 m. of the intersection of the intersection of curb lines
    Parking within 4 m. of the driveway entrance to any fire station
    Parking within 4 m. of a fire hydrant
    Parking in front of a private highway
    Parking on the roadway side of any unmoving or parked at the curb or edge of the highway
    Parking at any place where official signs of prohibition have been erected
    Allowing a passenger on top or cover of vehicle
    Allowing a passenger to ride on running board, step board ormudguard of MV while it is in motion
    Disregarding traffic signs Failure to use helmet while driving/riding a motorcycle

    Sorry if this has been asked before. But where do you get your helmet certified ?, How much ? & is the helmet law now, actually in force ?

    Between Union Drug and BPI, upstairs is the DTI office (Across from Chow King). As far as what was published, no more stickers after Jan 1. The reality is?

    I just came from DTI. They told me that they returned "all" the ICC stickers on December 28th. They have no idea if Manila will give further instructions, so for now, if the LTO does stop you with a helmet that does not bear the sticker, it is the same fine as not having a helmet.

    That sounds ridiculous. That means that if you want a new helmet now you can't buy a safe foreign helmet, but must stick to the crap they sell here.

    Not really, you can buy a helmet with a good sticker at Spyder, 2F, Rob. Mall. Note: They do not offer "cheap" helmets.
