Think I solved my ICC sticker issue. Went to Anna's Electrical shop, bought a roll of 3M electrical tape for 35P, cut the ICC sticker off the plastic wrapper and glued it to my helmet and ended up with a roll of tape for my tool box! Hope it will pass inspection at the checkpoints!

Two months ago (or even two weeks ago) you could have gotten the correct sticker for free at DTI. We did it two weeks ago, took less than 5 minutes. Larry

I know he should have known better, but a friend was stopped near the airport last night and fined P1,500 for using a helmet without an icc sticker. They were also enforcing long pant's and shoes.
Wow that's tough. Airport would be Sibulan, which has had helmet law for sometime now. Selectively enforced though, of course. Did he have to pay the fine at the point he was stopped?
