Hi Rosco Here is a website to get an idea about rentals in the area: Dumaguete Home Rentals ⋆ Dumaguete Home Rentals. I don't know about Montessori school but have a child in Saint Louis Don Bosco school (private, Catholic school from nursery through high school) and tuition runs about P30,000 per year. Maybe someone else has children in Montessori and can help with the prices or try to Google them. (i.e. "Montessori Dumaguete tuition" or some such.

Edit: Is it okay to put this website for homes on here? Also you can look in the showcase are as there are several rental properties listed there too.

Taking your advise, I emailed DumagueteHomeRentals before I got here and 2 days after arriving I have a monthly rental. Trying to get them to sign up and do a showcase.
