    im certain that most of you have traveled most places in the country already.. im looking for a nice place to stay/unwind for a week.. nice hotel, nice view, it could be a beach or anything... a special place..hehe.. anywhere in the country.. thanks!

    What is the definition of "nice"? That is a matter of opinion isn't it? What is important to you? What will you put up with and what will you not tolerate? What do you like to do?

    Is that with a Filipino boyfriend/girlfriend OR with a foreigner boyfriend/girlfriend? Some 'nices' for a foreigner would not be nice for a Pinoy...I mean once Pinoy standard is 'elevated', you know?

    I believe you have been to Siquijor already, so nothing to recommend from this side.

    Oh wait a minute - how about a farm resort? Try Basilan. Have classmates who own a rubber tree plantation there and I can tell is a very NICE experience to tap rubbers. Give it a try!

    Basilan seem to be a nice place to be kidnapped. And of course i will never try and go there even if i am a local. Searching those places and enjoy can be costly but wise decisions can be made and done if you do more research in the net and finally find a reasonable place to have a vacation and enjoy the place.
