⌛ Hi! Newbie from Cebu/Manila

Hello, just registered now.

I grew up in Cebu but due to family problems, my sons and I moved to Manila but we are considering moving out to a place which may be Dumaguete or Davao. I joined this forum to learn more about Dumaguete with the hope of living there because of its being popularly known as a "university town".
