I've made my bed now signed up with this Legal firm and the ball has started to roll, if it happens that I meet an early demise my elder Son will take over my responsibilities and finish what I started, this should be easy for him since it is in the hands of this Legal firm, twice he has been there in PH to visit his half brother, it happens that he has a business based in UK but employs people over there.

I did try to do this some time before on my own but there was complications then, the Mum is already Married to a Pinay, however her Divorce/Annulment was going ahead at this same time being handled by a Lawyer there which was one of her Family members with a promise by him that he would get this sorted in a very short duration of time, That BarSteward ripped us off and never did take this to its conclusion after he had 75% of his fee from us.

 

Dave, the problem is very likely that your son is legally not your son since the mother was and is still married to someone else.
Assuming you're not on the birth certificate for the child as the father, it may well be a difficult and complicated procedure to get things fixed (annulment of a previous marriage is a lengthy and costly process even if both parties cooperate, and if that cooperation is not in the cards it may well prove impossible).
Moreover, I doubt that even DNA proof that your son is actually yours will cut through Filipino bureaucracy to get his birth certificate changed. Their rules probably don't account for such "magic" proof.

 

You are assuming all wrong as I am most certainly on his Birth Certificate as his Father, I was there with his Mum long before he was Born almost two years, there at his Birth although not by her Bed this seems not to be allowed there?

Having this young Son was purely accidental on my part but engineered by the Mum, don't get this wrong she is a great Mother to him and having this white skinned child was a dream come true for her.

When she gave me the news that she was pregnant I was seriously distraught by this something I most certainly did not want to happen.

This particular day I found myself wandering around the town somewhat aimlessly with this problem on my mind, I was to come across a quaint old Catholic Church the front door was open and I wandered inside when I saw a few others in there, I was then to hear a voice and it was the Priest and he said; can I help you my son you look like something is troubling you and he asked me to step into a little box to give us privacy, he then said; what is troubling you tell me about it so I can be of assistance to you, to which I replied; I am 65yrs of age and have made a young girl pregnant.

He then said; that is a terrible way for a good Catholic man to behave and you should know better given your age, well says me, I am not Catholic but Protestant, he was to then say; why come here and tell me this?
