I would love to go for a 4 hour hike when I am inDuma in August. Does anyone have a suggestion of a guide or how to find a guide?

    Thanks

I would not really see any need for one. I'd just hire a motorbike and go up to Valencia, or around Twin Lakes, or even Lake Banalan a bit further away. There is a waterfall up in the Twin Lakes where I have not seen that is apparently hard to find without a guide, but you can get somebody to show you once you get up there. You wouldn't have to get somebody in Dumaguete itself.

Get in touch with the guys at 'Habigat' outdoor store in Dumaguete.. Better you plan a good hike in advance..(guide, proper boots)..a great hike is to the top of Mount Talinas ,which is more than 4 hours..you go at night and see the fantastic sunrise in the am...Miguel

Are you looking for a hike with or without trails?
