    I agree. I am currently waiting to have my first court hearing on a case where a drunken woman pulled a gun on me and my wife Feb 2015. There really is a dysfunctional legal system here.

    Just put a sign up on the gate where all can be easily read by everyone with their name and how much they owe, it will soon be paid.

    Good-luck to you!! As I discovered, the judicial system (in Dumaguete, anyway) leans toward the locals, even if they are in the wrong.
