    In the assumption you wanna know about ferries from Cebu island to Negros island the answer is yes. Mayong Shipping is the one I know and also used. They have a scheduled service between Lilo An and Sibulan or Tampi near San Jose. One way rate for a car like the Honda Fit should be no more than 1000 peso while the trip takes about 45 min.
