The closest hotel when dealing with BOI, JCentre Mall, Cebu is the Toyoko Inn built right over the JCentre Mall. There promo dates 4/28 thru 6/17, but we called and stayed July 4 and 5 at the promo rate. With 582 rooms to fill, maybe the discount rate was extended. The rooms are very clean, new, free bottles of water, coffee, wi-fi and daily breakfast which is very basic, but they do serve brewed coffee.
