My first wife was a stay at home mom. My daughter was about 6 and my wife said she was out of money. Exactly! There are few for rent or for sale signs here in Valencia. Most are not listed at all, let alone listed on FB. We had a Valencia-based trike driver take us around. He asked everyone wherever we went if they knew of anything, and invariably they did. Also, do not shy away from overpriced rentals. In the end the house we liked the best seemed overpriced and it had been "on the market" for several months. We offered what we considered a more reasonable price and they accepted.
