    There was a FB post this morning saying only two colours would be issued. Black/white passes would no longer be issued. That's simple to understand but it appears to be directed at the fine people of Dumagete.
    Has there been any announcements regarding the surrounding towns? Bacong Valencia etc. of will that be figured out on the fly?

    I wonder the same, at first I understand it was only for Dumaguete area, now I think it's for all Negros Oriental, I will ask here in the barangay and see if I can be lucky get a new pass, mine is white and I want a rainbow color pass

    If you get the rainbow coloured pass you go anywhere anytime and do whatever you like. The suggested PPE is slightly different and only consenting adults can congregate.
    The park in Valencia is supposed to be a hot spot.

    No, No, No. AFAIK there is still zero coordination between LGUs. The new color coded passes are for Dumaguete City only. Tis was the basis for a lot of confusion previously, so lets not go down that road again...

    But there are changes there regarding non-residents entering Dumaguete. So do read carefully. Although I am still waiting to see the Duma City Government post something directly.

    I have yet to receive a pass of any color. Went to the barangay hall twice. First time no passes yet. Second time they had run out.
