Unless a person happens to have a face shield on him, he will get zingered trying to walk into any PNB Branch. It sort of tells the me that the actual rule to wear face shields in public places never expired, it is simply not enforced at most places. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
not sure if this is the right place but you are aware that today the "state of calamity" has been extended until september 2021 by duterte. it includes authority for price controls and use of public funds by "LGU's" to control covid. i have no idea whatECQ status for manila. just a heads up
Just to complete the BPI survey, the North Road branch this past week required wearing of face shield (and mask). There was sign-in.
Yes I was aware but fortunately that does not prolong or reinstate any previous high levels of quarantine, it just continues federal funding authorizations and other assistance that was started last March 15. Not sure what they would mean by using LGU money. I believe the price controls were put in place to prevent price gouging for feed and medical supplies. It really does not change anything; I think IATF defines the lockdowns (at the instruction of the President in many cases). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
