How and why did you end up here in the Philippines

The theme song for this thread should be the chorus from the song Pretty Girls:
“There’s a lot of pretty,
girls in this city,
I’m trying to pick the right one,
I’m trying to pick the right one”.

In fairness, we should post rule suggestions for the guys too. I will start with one.
1. Your partner (gf, fiance, wife, bf?) will probably find imperfections in you long before you find them in her, so be patient, tolerant, and understanding, characteristics not many of us 'losers' are born with.

 

Maybe she speaks tagalog

Suggested rule #2

That is a good theme song, but how can you select the right one when there is some much false advertising; from the padded bras to the false stories they tell.

Suggest rule number 2; Listen but do not assume that what they say is correct information. With patience (which they have more of than we do) verify what they say, but not particularly with their families or other vest parties, flagging any inconsistency as you developed the relationship.

 

Rule Number 3.

In the interests of equality, once a week you can have a night out with the girls, and once a week so can I. :D

 

Well I am trying my best to be patient, tolerant, and understanding, but it's been 9 years now and she still hasn't found my imperfections!

I have to vote for false teeth over padded bras. Guess why? lol

 

I agree with Pat......being gummed to death is not such a bad way to go.......hehehehehe

 

when being long enough here, it should not take longer than the blink of an eye to sort the fakes from reals... what is the case for 99% of the products for sale in the PI.

I also vote for faked teeth... you can send them with a helper to the dentist for cleaning and fixing, while asawa can continue important house cores...
