Then the Manager from the PNB-Bank sent a Legitimation-Form (ID-Proof) from Bank to Bank (DKB) with DHL-Express. But the DKB rejected the application for an Bank-Account without any explainations. Then I applied a Power of attorney beyond my account beyond my death and they also denied without any explanation. And all this, though her husband (its me) is since many years a well proven customer (Physician) of the DKB. Thanks !
