    I was told be them last week the at the april bill was estimated and can be paid anytime between now and september with no extra charges.

    ONLY 48 hours? jeeze, i tired paying on the day of billing once and was told to come back the next day (and queue again) because the days meter readings hadn't been entered into the system yet, so that left me with 24 hours to pay.

    glad they finally offer a online payment option.
