    just renewed my I card today here in Dumaguete....I was surprised there is now a satellite office here in Dumaguete for VISA's, I card etc....

    This is JRC Visa and Immigration Services, J R Coca
    dumaguete office is Relgen / 0995 957 2959 (zoomed in)

    I use JR in cebu for my srrv in 2016, worked well.
