This afternoon, the Oceanjet afternoon trip, spent at least 45 minutes trying to restart engines in a fairly "lively" sea state in front of the boulevard. She had to return to the quay, asking the coastguard to telephone the Aleson Shipping 'Roro', to leave the pier, to allow the Oceanjet back in to berth. Sincerely glad I wasn't on that trip, imagine "knee deep in vomit", deafened by screaming and no word from the bridge?!!!

LOL....quit complaining....at least Oceanjet has enough life vests to go around...I was on a fishing charter up in Shark Bay when the weather turned...wind snapped the mast - radar and comms gone (not that it mattered). Nice vertical waves...would have been a treat to surf...but the captain not happy LOL...made it back eventually and I still had my mackerels and tuna from the morning.

Anyway...what's wrong with PAL? Great airline....certainly several years ago they were dodgy....but they have really lifted their game - and up there with the best in my opinion. Check out some recent surveys....
