I have been using VPN Unlimited for the past 7 years from Dumaguete and several other countries. I have not had any problems with them. I paid $30 to a company called Stacksocial for lifetime access to VPN Unlimited. I can installthe VPN app on up to 5 devices (laptop, tablet, phone, etc). As mentioned in an earlier post, I use the VPN to be able to access my US banks and financial institutions, by selecting a VPN server that is located in a US city/state.
