Go to your local barangay hall and fill in a form to register for Covid19 vaccine.... no cost. You need to give the numbers from your ID card eg ACR card or Philippine Driving licence. They also ask for your Philhealth number.

"IATF eases restrictions on fully vaccinated seniors
By CNN Philippines Staff Published Jun 11, 2021 10:02:29 AM

The country's pandemic response task force on Friday allowed fully vaccinated senior citizens in areas under general community quarantine and modified GCQ to go out of their homes, provided they present their COVID-19 vaccination cards when asked and observe minimum health standards.

The Inter-Agency Task Force said interzonal travel is still prohibited for fully vaccinated seniors, except for point-to-point travel."

So, as expected (and not unreasonably so) they are easing off for FULLY vaccinated seniors in some areas. I am not aware if this replaces the exceptions already in place - such as being allowed to visit a dentist. I guess not, as not enough are yet fully vaccinated. I can see the relaxation for the vaccinated becoming wider over time, but no-one knows if this will eventually mean the unvaccinated become cut off from everything by law or by decisions made by individual organisations (i.e one dentist wanting a vaccination certificate and another not). The best solution then becomes to get vaccinated (or leave)!
