After 47 minutes on the first of my two Desktop PC's; http://www.immigration.gov.ph/ refuses to open, all I get is a White page...
On the other Desktop PC I get; "This web page is not available" within a few seconds of the Page loading...

My Housemate tried opening the above link, instantly; "This web page is not available" He also tried using Mozilla, Google and Internet Explorer.

I asked my ex-Wife who is on the other side of the City to try and she got; "This web page is not available" instantly on her Tablet and also the same result on her Cell Phone...

I asked my mate in Tasmania to try and open the above link, and he got; "This web page is not available" instantly on his Laptop...

Finally I found the information on a NON Governmental Page I was chasing (I HOPE it is what I am chasing)

Brian you could try it on GOOGLE Philippines. Google up www. Google philippines and then put the link in, see if that makes a Difference.

 

Okay Jack, I opened;

I then put into the Search;

Which came up as;

So at the top of the Page, I clicked on; [h=3]Bureau of Immigration[/h]
Which opens to;
http://www.immigration.gov.ph/

Which then loads to :rocket: "This web page is not available"

 

Well matey I am as Lost as you here, it must be something from your end, maybe someone from the US or the UK can try ans Open it.

any one reading this from the US or UK can you try to open the BOI Website?

Maybe it's not the BI site but your ISP that blocks access?
Try this link and see if you at all get any response. It will route the request via Googla Translate which will work like a proxy for you. The result might look like crap, but at least you will know if the site is down or it's blocked from your internet.
