In a small bind need some assistance

Do you personally know of any decent quality places that are not "fully booked" at this time. The ones I would normally recommend at that price are already occupied. The ones that are not occupied have bamboo slats where glass windows would normally be.

I'm just asking because there a loads of people reading this forum who would love to grab a furnished, 6K per month place that fits the minimum requirements of a foreigner so make some suggestions. No need to list a ton of places. Just one good quality, vacant place, that is furnished and liveable would be enough for a start.

 

The quick answer to your question is that I don't know of any places which are open at the moment.

Every time I have needed to move, I basically did the same as what I mentioned and I found a place within a few days. Furnished is more difficult, but they are out there. Minimum requirements are different per person.

If you need a place fast on a total budget of 30-40K, then this is the strategy I would go with. The six-month contract most of these places require wouldn't be a problem in this scenario. Even if he has to lower his standards, he would only be staying in the place for 3 - 4 months.
