From the bat sh*t crazy stuff getting posted on Facebook from Bacong , I'm sure that place has Internet. I don't know the bandwidth requirements for crazy, but the pipelines are fat. I'd just assume any spare parts from Trump's wall get shipped there, but Internet outages would be a good first step. Otherwise get a smart phone and try data for both Smart and Globe. My money is on Globe (if I had any left over after placing it on San Miguel). Good luck out there.
