⌛ Is one travel agency any better than another in town?

I'm getting ready to book return flight to US and back soon, and wondered if there are some agencies that are preferred over others?

sorry to say, but I had a pretty bad experience just this week with Ramar Services when trying to book 4 domestic and 2 international flights. At the end I booked all by myself and saved about 400$, what is about a third of the total money they asked for that, I am not very impressed. On the other hand, they still could be the best in Dumaguete... whatever that means
