Is the multicab good for a really loooong drive, i.e. from Davao to Dumaguete?

I would like to add that the gas pedal is in a bit of an awkward position requiring you to really bend your ankle up to get a rest on it, very tiring after a while. I lowered mine by just drilling a new pivot hole and it was better but... I have gone from DGT to Cebu a few times and it was not a pleasant drive. Due to the fact you are sitting on the engine, your back and seat will get really warm. multicabs are great little haulers but for anything else especially a long ride, it would be very low on my choice of vehicles. I think there are just as many reasons to have one as not compared to other choices here. Maybe borrow/rent one for a day and go for a long ride.
