    I don't know.
Are there any karting tracks in Dumaguete or they are available only in Cebu?
Does any one here love to race karts?

Kart Zone in Cebu folded up I think. Me and my wife tried that track ten years ago. There was a guy at the Dgte Poker Run nine years ago who had a racing kart in Cebu..

No kart track in Dgte that I know of.

Do any people convert go karts for regular road use, or is it against the law there?

Driving a motorbike through the market area around 7:30am may give you a good enough substitute

Conversion is useless because usually normal karts do not have springs and shock absorbers in their suspension.
You should better buy a buggy kit-car. It has all the lights and even a place for a license plate.

I'm thinking serious about buying 4-6 karts from China, even with 100% customs tax they will be not very expensive. But first I need to find a place for a track. I will try to speak with Robinsons management, they have a lot of free parking space on weekdays.

Would one be able to register a vehicle one made from a kit ? Or could one add turn signals and brake lights to an atv and register it? I know I've seen pictures of atv's on the street but that was probably in a rural area.
