More aid info. Need to differentiate between what's pledged and what's received.
Foreign Aid Transparency Hub - Full Report
According to this website. Japan and Germany don't do a good job of meeting their pledges. If you look at what has actually been received the UK, USA and Australia are the biggest givers.

Its completely true. But can you blame Duterte when Obama and cronies keep trying to lecture him on human rights because he's killing drug dealers while liberals like Obama are all for killing unborn fetus's but always care so much for the lives of criminals who destroy lives. I have to stand behind Duterte on this one.
As a side note is there any honest and good leader of any country out there that respects Obama or even any leader of any other country in general? They may respect in some way the *President* of the US but Obama as a man I think comes up very short in respect (not that he has earned any respect).-

"Internal affairs" is the complaint that China always makes. But China, like the U.S. and the Philippines, is signatory to the treaty of universal human rights. And universal means what it says.
Obama reacted with maturity. Of course the meeting had to be cancelled. But there were informal conversations. Obama recognized that's just how they talk down there. More serious to most Americans is calling the American ambassador a "gay". That shows real backwardness.
As to Brexit, the U.S. president only pointed out that Britain would no longer be part of European trade agreements, and would go "to the back of the line" in negotiating a new one. Again, a mature and reasonable point to make.-

If people (not directed at the quoted member, people in general) would take the time to watch live political speeches and proceedings in congress, then watch the news to see what is reported, it would be obvious how little news media cares about facts in favor of pushing an agenda.-

The Majority of mankind agrees?
Ever heard of China? North Korea? Or getting your hand cut off for petty theft in an Islamic country? Death penalty for driving under the influence in South Africa? Ever hear of what happens in Africa? What do you think human rights are like in Venezuela right now? Death penalty for drug posession for personal use in some Asian countries. There are several places where they think it would be ok to beat a confession out of you if you were subject to an investigation, fall under suspician in Italy and find out. What does the US think about human rights? Ever hear of Guantanamo Bay? What about summary execution by predator drone? I think you are not in the majority by a long stretch.-
