    Not sure about where Wrye is at, but in Tarin Kowt they would switch ponds and have a local contractor pump it down; which was supposed to go to an off base treatment facility but heard it probably went to the closest river. There was a waste water treatment plant going online when I left.

    My project in Herat we put in some package units from the US, pretty compact. The place had not built up (manning) when I left so not sure how they will run long term.
