Because of the Covid, the Valencia market is not feasible for us at this time so we will use our building property for a booth site on Sundays until the building is finished.

Thank you all that came and had roast beef last week. In addition to that, This Sunday, March 7th, we will have Pulled Pork - Southern Pit BBQ w/Baked Beans, Fries and Cole Slaw. 12.30 to 6.00 I am originally from Memphis, Tennessee and I have been making BBQ Shoulder for about 50 years. As with everything else, we make our own bread, sauce, rub, cole slaw, etc. The exception being the fries. With Fish and Chips we cut our own fries but with BBQ I like the crinkle cut "store bought" fries better so we serve those with the 'Q'. Hope we see you Sunday.
Many thanks to all those that have come and eaten pulled pork or pot roast with us. We will continue to have these on the menu.
We are adding cheeseburgers this week and
Sunday, the 14th, our special will be
Chicken and Dumplings. Available 12.00 to 6.00.
When I am back there I will be very keen to visit your restaurant as everything seems so good - but do you still make clotted cream?
I will when you let me know you are coming, and it will be my pleasure to meet you and make you whatever you like. Still making strawberry jam, orange marmalade, scones and English muffins every few days. Next week we start making yogurt with fruit on the bottom, if you like yogurt.
Thanks - not a fan of yoghurt and I am told my bottom is fruity enough without requiring additions (unless I misinterpreted you). But the scones (to go traditionally with the clotted cream) is more than anyone could expect to find in the Philippines. What delight.
