    I find it counterproductive when people do that. They buy a business for its reputation and then change the name. Picture someone Buying Apple Computers and changing the name to Grapes Computers to get the idea.

    Tried the “new” Katz’s today. Same menu, same cook, same food, same helpers, even new owner named Jerry.
    Katz’s sign taken down. New name will be PJ’s.
