Hallo everyone! I would like to ask if is there someone in negros oriental and Occ who has bees.. honeybee or beekeeping. We would like to have bees for our own. I hope you know or you heard someone out there!

The New Bacolod Silay Airport has a problem that could be a good subject for a movie.

Swarms of bees yesterday gathered near the departure area of the airport and help was sought from the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist to disperse them, airport manager Antonio Alfonso said.

The number of bees that flew in could fill a sack of rice, he said.

But, he also said, the airport bees have not stung any passengers.

On Wednesday the same number of bees had also converged near the departure area of the airport, he said.

“We were not able to remove them Wednesday until the last flight had left because we were afraid they might sting the people at the airport,” Alfonso said.

On Wednesday evening the bees that were removed filled about one sack of rice, he said.

When the airport was being constructed, bees had also swarmed in the area, he added.*CPG


...maybe you can in contact to this people and the next time this bees swarmed the airport they will send it to you in a big box

 

When our multicab was forced to turn off the hwy and take the western detour due to traffic/construction the other day as we came into town from the north, there was what looked like bee boxes along the north side of the east-west road a few kms back. I mentioned it to my wife.

Seems like there was some kind of business bordering the west end of the property the bee boxes were on. I'll ask her when she gets back from Cebu.

 

Hello, is there a derma clinic in dumaguete that also has laser. because our neighbor in siquijor, a german national asking for help to find laser in dumaguete.
