    Shawn , it took me awhile to work it out also , if you go to the right of the page where your pic is , on the post , little blue arrow , click , and you are on last page of post.

    oztony is correct. next to the date of the last post (under the user who made the last post) there is a little blue picture with two white arrows in it. If you click that it will take you to the last post automatically.
