    I found this post even more surprising.
    When we arrived, we entered the first door and some one opened the inter door immediately. I did not realize that the inter door was like that until this post. I did take a glance at the electronics on the wall between the door and just thought it was a clock in & out for the employees. I guess, I am not as alert as I think I am. :sleep::confused:

    The kitchen in Latino Restaurant and Karaoke in Mangnao, Banilad, is open from 11.30am until 11.30pm.
    You can sing in Latino Restaurant and Karaoke, any time, except lunch time (12 to 2pm) and dinner time (from 6 pm to 8pm). Karaoke is open everyday until 1am. The best sound in Dumaguete.... And you can sing for free until May 2020. Come, sing and have a blast in Latino!!

    We open 7 days a week from 11.30 am til 1am. If you see the signage "OPEN" it's mean that we are inside, even if the first door is close.

    Went out for diner yesterday evening @Latino. With the help of @PatO directions easy to find not in the last by the clear and visible name in the front. Had a drink and order some food (fried Tuna). The SML on the right temparature and the food of good taste. What I do like in a place like this, the owner himself is there to see the guests are happy and content. Visited other restaurants in Dumaguete during the 12 yrs I stay here and up till date still do not know who's the owner, so actually a lack of interest of who's frequenting their business.
