    Did you find it yet, AlwaysRt? Its on the way to my place from Valencia if you are taking the back road. If you haven't figured it out I'll send you the GPS co-ordinates. If you know Berovic's place just take that road heading south, towards Dumaguete. Cross one intersection and look for it on your left. There is a sign in a tree that says Kevin the Butcher that gives it away. One day I'll have to go in there. I've walked or rode past it almost daily for years. :headphone:

    EDIT: Wait a minute, you haven't yet been to my place, Steve. You could pop in when you go to Kev the Butcher, then go to the Chiropractor then continue on that road to the highway, do a quick right then left and you are in my subdivision :angelic: Its time you popped in to say hello because you never seem to make it to our coffee breaks at Why Not :pompus: Just tell me when you are in the area and I will message you the Blk and Lot number and you can have a coffee.

    Starting from where Google says it is, go to street view on the street to the west, follow the street north 250 meters and you can see the coconut tree with white paint stripe and white arrow sign with 'Kev the Butcher' on it. Coming this direction to the sign you are actually a few meters past his driveway. All on the right side of the road.
    Google has Dr Berovic's place correct
