I know the gal very well and she's not the sort to be involved in such. Now I'm not sure if her story is fully true and betting some parts are left out. But the gal comes from the rural mountain area (Zamboaga Del Sur) and no family around besides her 1 friend boardmate (not the one with that BF). From my understanding the GF of the guy was an aquaintance who would come over occasionally to hang out and a couple times brought her BF which was a problem as they didn't like stranger guys at their bhouse. Now knowing the gal she is also still very naive in many ways and has constantly had guys trying to court her (not really courting they are after) and she strongly turns them down if they don't take a quick hint. Now knowing how some guys hate rejection that's what I'm betting its about and how Filipino guys seem to like collecting virgins. Being a druggy and such means not much brain power left. I have no plans to get involved in the legal aspects, just help quietly push things along to keep her safe. She is my sister in law after all and did live at my house for awhile before my ex and I seperated. I do feel like I have some responsibility for her still as I'm sort of all she has in Dumaguete.
Well there has been a couple of killings already, one shot, another stabbed, etc., all who were killed were drug runners. I think somebody has been doing something about it, and is now bringing the hell back to them.
The 'equalizers', went out of fashion a long time ago, more like their peers were simply jealous of their earnings, trying to take over their turf, or they weren't giving the police and local government officials their due. There are not many conspiracy theories in this town, the locals are too simple/common sense for that.
Why not report him for drug possession or drug-buying? Have him tailed by narcotics agents and when he is caught possessing those prohibited stuff, I am sure that he will stay long in jail. Why did he punch the girl? I think there must be a reason for it.
Found out today. He thought his GF was hiding from him there and was drunk. My friend was simply scared being alone as he was drunk and seemed high she said to open to prove she wasn't there after all she didn't know if he'd just leave quietly after that or seek alternative entertainment....
