    We are healthy seniors and got the following letter from our Dumaguete barangay captain. The important parts of the "Certification:"
    "This also certifies further that the above mentioned names are Senior Citizens in our barangay and were affected....."
    "This also certifies the above mentioned names would like to ask permission to purchase essential goods and medicines outside their residence because they have no-one to assist them."
    "This certification is issued........for whatever legal purpose this may serve them best.

    So far so good. One guard asked us why we didn't have staff. We said the place was small and we didn't want to get lazy. Laughed and waved us in..
