On 19th July the UK Government will allow people to gather again with face masks optional, we can expect a 3rd wave here too!
With Spain and Greece declaring an increase in the spread of the Delta variant and travel opening up again, I can see possible new lock-downs inUK.
Try to enjoy the fresh air but avoid crowded places is my advice, I stick to early or late shopping which seems to be best to restrict close contact.-

I don't know if the equipment and yeast is available locally, but if you try this then sterlising everything is essential or you might end up with one gallon of acetic acid (vinegar) instead.
I now make my own Bailey's (thanks to @DAVE1952) and will never buy any again. Under 5 minutes to make a litre and about P250. The internet is full of recipes for various types of booze (I quote this only if the process is legal within the country where you make it).-
