A friend of mine called me and asked me what I do in the evenings besides having dinner and watching TV?
I told him about some on-line games, I myself played golf for 30 years and are still very high on golf. My friend is interested both in Golf and Baseball. I suggested him to check out WGT at ,
    and also
http://www.wgtbaseball.com[/B] because they are excellent sites and when you play there, you play on their server, so there is nothing to download. Just sign in and play. I have played golf on WGT most every day since I started in 2009, and reach a pretty good level and enjoy it very much. We play real golf courses and WGT is now offering 18 courses. The latest was Merion Golf course where US Open was played this year. WGT is known as one of the best online game ever built.
Back to my friend, we spoke earlier today and after only 2 weeks he is totally hooked on WGT Golf on-line.
We decide to start play together and this eve we met at St. Andrews G.C. in Scotland and had a wonderful time playing and chatting for 2 hours on the front nine holes. WGT is a California Company and I am not a part of them. I just play my games, sometime I upgrade to new clubs, because any known club in the world is available and of course you pay for your balls. It is all for fun. I just wanted to share my experience with the DI community and maybe somebody out there will find WGT entertaining and exiting.
I would like to see an On-line DI Golf Club using WGT's platform and play on all the beautiful golf courses.
Let me know if you are interested.
No more boring rainy dark nights........HAVE FUN and GOOD LUCK!

I am a master of Golden Tee golf, unfortunately it is an arcade game and I have yet to find one anywhere in this country. My friends and myself gamble quite heavily on it when I visit the US. I haven't heard of the golf game you mentioned, will check it out.

I will give it a try as well. My normal handicap at La Costa Country Club was 18...
for the first 9 holes, but the back 9 always killed me.

It would be nice to get a 4 some started ASAP. Chatting is allowed during play....but Quiet on Tee and when a player prepare a shot.
It has taking me some time to reach my level....could be age related but I still enjoy it very much. Watch video.......

I played La Costa CC in 1979 and I remember it well.......... on the 19th hole I counted to ONEHUNDRED and had to pay for both dinner and beer for the whole foursome...... A day in my life. Tough Course!
