Hi everyone! I will be relocating to Dumaguete by the last week of October. I'm looking for a furnished studio or 1-bedroom apartment (with a bathroom) in downtown Dumaguete.

I'd like to request for your help--if you can refer anyone or know a place, please let me know by posting in this forum or sending me a PM. Thanks!

Re: budget, it depends on how big the place is and its location. But to give a range, between 2t-4t would be fair, I think.

For the location, as long as it's within the city proper; it just needs to be close to a gym, convenience store, restaurants, etc. Semi-furnished would be ok, as long as the basic furniture--bed, dining table, chairs--is there.

wel for what itis worth, and I have no interest in the rental of this place, I just vacated a house in Katrina homes upper Batingel, small two bedroom with CR, living kitchen dining combo, Dirty kitchen, car port, outside maitanence included. 5000 P Semi furnished one bunk bed, sala set, big dining tble. Tile floors, well kept with gate. not close to down town and tricycles are hard to find, best to have your own trans portation.

don't know sQ meter , it is small. queen bed fills bedroom. nice closets however. It is a largly Philipino comunity, a couple foreigners, family oriented, don't know what you mean by strict. I paid 895- 1000 P electric, 120 water. But It was me and my honey ,no kids, and we weren't there much except to sleep. water is turned off a 11PM comes on at 4-5 AM, don't ask, don't know...

Thank you very much for the answer RHB,what I mean by "strict", if the subdivision cannot be easily entered by anybody, means there is security guard there checking who will enter .

Do you have picture of that subdivision?

nopics, It is not gaurded, the main gate is always open, but the house in question faces the street and has a nice lockable gate, It is a low key safe rural area, no standbys. I have accidently left my house open all day. OOps, but the caretaker lives right across the street and keeps an eye on things.
