Siquijor looking for a rental on siquijor

69yo male usa expat coming from 6 years in panamá, non-smoker, very light drinker, tidy, quiet.

i'm looking for something furnished or unfurnished, i don't need anything fancy, just a basic kitchen, indoor bath, outdoor space, power and ''quiet''. internet connection is necessary, a usb modem would be ok.

prefer upland rural area. chickens no problem but barking dogs and karaoke are hard to live around.

do you have a fixer upper? i have some tools with me, maybe i could put your rental back together for you.
i have experience with construction, remodeling, cabinets, doors, windows, gardening, landscaping, jack of all trades tho i don't do welding or cement work.

There are few people over there you can meet up with if you are looking for a place to stay.. one would be Joy, the owner of Das Straum resto by the pier in Siquijor or go to find Tata Rubio at Eimarrs Hardware. She is an honest person to deal with and all around a good person.
