⌛ Looking for apartment for rent

My friend looking for a partment for rent.He wants beach house with fully furnish.He care about: has kitchen. quiet neighbors no KTV, on the beach,and broadband internet access he like dauin.

I have been there. The apartments are very nice, though they are relatively expensive. They are furnished and right on the water. I'm not sure how quiet the neighborhood is though. Being out of earshot from Videoke is tough to do. I'm not sure if they have an open apartment, but you might give them a shout.

The only downside is that broadband isn't great in Dauin. These apartments have broadband but I'm not sure it would be good enough for me.
