Its not a difficult thing to find a car with driver here, so it hardly need to be arranged long time ahead. You could start to inquire at Ken´s Trading, which is situated just outside the airport entrance in Sibulan. They are one of the bigger and better known places for renting cars, and they can surely also find a driver, if you so wish. I will actually be in Dumaguete in the first part of january 2014, and I have a car. But I think my wife will prefer me to spend my time with her and the kids rather than moonlighting as an illegal taxi driver. So tempting as it might be, I am not able to offer my services to you personal. Joke lang :-)
